"In the last few years, I've tried a lot of diet and training programs from the internet, to be able to lose weight and feel good in my body again. ”The reason I hired Daniel as a coach is that I felt, I was missing some knowledge about training and dieting and I wanted to have a more muscular and a really shredded physique for the next summer. I contacted him, we discussed my goals, and two days later I was able to start my program right away. My training program was constantly tailored to my needs and it was very detailed (each exercise had a video with a note from Daniel in his App about how to perform them correctly). Daniel set up a sustainable nutrition plan for me where I had delicious daily meal recipes, with calculated portions and they only took 30-40 min. to be made, and then you were done with cooking for the next 1-2 days. "To be honest, I was always skeptical about the results that online trainers offer, but after several times I stopped seeing any development and had lost my whole desire to train with my previous personal trainers, I decided to give a try to Daniel as an online coach. "After being overweight for over 20 years I did not believe it would be possible to change. I had limited self-confidence and was full of insecurities which had a negative impact on me physically, socially, and also professionally. "Besides having a family and a busy life I slowly let my fitness down. I got to a point where I didn't feel good in my body and my energy level and mood weren't what it used to be before. I decided to get back in shape and hire a fitness trainer again. When we first talked with Daniel, I realized that besides his endless knowledge, he has a very energetic and enthusiastic approach to fitness and I think, In my case, these were always the most needed factors to be able to change my physique. My program was a perfect fit for all aspects.
